uploading product info and images

I have an oscommerce site, I would like some to add product info and images. images and info will be provided, will be about 150 products. what needs doing: 1)resizing images, i have three different image sizes on my website 100x100, 300x300 and 140x120, images provided needs to be resized accordingly. 2)once images resized, they need to be watermarked using a logo which will be provided. 3)upload images after resized and watermarked 4)upload info for each product, about 150 products all images and info will be given, i have also installed a fast and easy way to upload images and info onto my website. the hard bit is resizing the images as it is time consuming but a easy job. I need about 150 products uploaded. I have upload some products on the website already, so you can see what i am look for, and i want it done the same way. if you need further info let me know.
