We are looking for a business lead researcher and contact list manager.
We are looking for contacts to be scrubbed and manipulated for inclusion in the following applications:
You must be proficient with Excel and Google Docs spreadsheet as that is where the leads will be entered into.
The work comprises 5 tiers:
1. Taking contacts given to you from an existing excel spreadsheet and entering them into google docs spreadsheet based on a prescribed template
2. Taking contacts given to you from business cards or contact lists (from tradeshows) and provided to you in PDF format and entering them into google docs spreadsheet in a prescribed template.
3. Researching, on an ongoing basis business contacts from pre-selected countries and groups, predominantly in the Caribbean, via the internet, and entering the researched contacts into the google docs spreadsheet.
4. Reviewing existing contacts from Outlook, Blackberry, email, etc. and formatting them for entry into Google Docs Spreadsheet in a prescribed format.
5. Reviewing existing contacts for accuracy and currency within the salesforce.com platform.
The intial project will comprise steps 1 and 2. If the jobs is well done, it will grow to include steps 3 through 5 in a full-time capacity.
