Populating a Directory with Links

I have a web site directory which is currently populated with 187 links. The directory revolves around a geographic area and university; categories are like student resources, restaurants, student web sites, athletics, hotels, etc. I would like a somewhat even distribution of links. For example, I wouldn't want 150 restaurants, and 50 links that are not restaurants. For each submission, the following is required to be submitted via web form: -Title -URL -Description (Most of this may come from web site meta data, if not present, take appropriate text from the web site) -Category -Key words The following is optional and should be supplied if available: -Additional Category 1 -Additional Category 2 -Email (contact email of the web site if given) -Address -Contact Phone # This project is for 200 new, non-duplicate links to be added. Web Sites may be found via search engine, other directories, or however you would like; but they need to be QUALITY links. For example, if a hotel is located 50 miles outside of this region, it is not a quality link and will not count toward the 200 total. I will be happy to give examples of sites I would like to have included.
