I have some developers and I would like to place them in job market.
I would like somebody to look for job for them. The job search would be around Washington DC area in US.
So your job would be to navigate on certain sites in below and find the right position and submit resume of my candidates.
Where to search for the Job:
You should look at the following site every day.
Washington Post in DC http://www.washingtonpost.com/jobs/home
Indeed DC area http://www.indeed.com/l-Washington,-DC-jobs.html
Craigslist DC area http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/jjj/
Dice.com for DC locations http://www.dice.com/ (For dice you need to register my employee in Dice)
And look for the following jobs.
1- Jobs should be for contract and not permanent positions.
2- Client should accept 1099 or Corp to Corp.
3- Part time and full time works.
How to search for the Job (search criteria):
You need to look for full time jobs and part time jobs.
For full time jobs you need to search “Junior SharePoint developer” and or “SharePoint power user” phrases.
For part time jobs you need to search “SharePoint part time”.
What to do when you find the job:
If the job is part time you don't need to do much. You need to email me the link of the job. You also need to add the information in the list I will provide for you later on.
If the job is full time you need to apply the job and submitting the resume one of my candidates for the job
You also need to write the information of the job and add it to my list. I will give you the information about my list after you are hired.
How to log your activity:
You need to log your activity in my site at the location I will give you later on.
I will pay you based on the number resumes you submit to client and add it to the list.
How can you write your bid:
I need your bid for submitting 10 resumes at a time. If you want to charge $10 per submitting 10 resumes you will write $10. If you want to charge different amount for 10 resumes you will write your amount. Consider the amount you write for bid is for submitting 10 resumes at a time. Your submission is not limited to 10 resumes. You will submit resumes until I ask you to stop. I just wanted to use a base (10 resume submission) for setting the bid amount (rate).
General rules and condition:
I will not accept the resume posting if the condition is not relevant.
For example I won’t accept if:
The job is for Atlanta (This is not DC metro area).
The job is to hire and not getting contractor. (I want to submit contractor)
The submission was duplicate (you already sent the resume to the same client and the same job)
This is a long term work and I can give you more work like getting timesheet and submitting invoices if I see you charge reasonable and you work fine.
