Project Description:
Customers may feel to issue a complaint on any product they have purchased as well as if they encounter any issues during the purchase or after the purchase. This application will guide them to successfully and creatively post their complaints in easy and interactive way. Furthermore making sure that their complaints are reviewed and a follow up process is conducted under a sequence of well supported conditions. Manager is concerned in every step and reports are delivered to him on real-time bases. Each employee has well prepared environment backed up with interactive system so he can provide his assistance and solve the issue reported by the customers. Hence after the issue is reported by the customer, it pass through several steps in different departments allowing the flow of solving the issue its best time.
