I need assistant scheduling appointments, both interviews and sales appointments for my business. I work in the insurance industry. The project would be long term and would include but not be limited to appointment setting, reading a script and staying scripted while making calls, updating an excel sheet to ensure accuracy, generating resumes and well as calling existing resumes to assist my hr department. I do have very specific requirements including book minimum of 60 interviews per week, assisting in booking field appointments when needed, following the scripts provided verbatim, strong verbal communications and the ability to take control over a conversation, sales experience is a plus as the appointments set will include sales appointments, extremely professional, must be able to follow directions and able to meet deadlines. Pay will be based on performance. $3 per appointment set plus an additional for every appointment that shows. If you are hitting the goals and deadlines set in place you are looking to make up to $500 per week.

Must speak Fluent English, female preferred. This does include phone work, must be able to call from a local number, skype or google voice to make these calls. I would prefer someone in the United States as they will have to work my hours. Must have somewhere quiet to work.
