I have a two spreadsheet . The work involve two task
1. Complete Database with CONTACT NAMES : I need someone to go to URL of these spreadsheet and add CONTACT NAMES ( of the administrative team, clinical team, clinical provider, therapist etc etc) for each URL. I need multiple names in each organization so you have to enter ( add more lines if necessary) for each website. We do not want to leave out any names.If email is available for them, I would also like you to include email.
2. I will also provide you a sample letter which we want to send. You need to create " Mailmerge file " for letter and Label ( will provide you size later). I will provide you letter in one day after you win the project.
3. The project needs to be done in 3 days. Strict deadline. Only bid if you can deliver both these in 3 days .
4. See attached file for more understanding about the work. You only have to search programs for which you have URL available in spreadsheet.
