My name is Michael, I am looking for somebody to do some simple data entry/virtual assistant/ websearch for me. The work is quite simple, but a little time consuming
The purpose of the work is to obtain the email address for all BRF ( BRF = Swedish for “housing association”) in Sweden and send an introductory email (which I have already prepared). The initial information comes from the Swedish “yellow pages”.
The basic steps are
1. go to http://gulasidorna.eniro.se/hitta:brf
2. From here there are over 10,000 BRF listed
3. Go to each of the individual BRF websites and find the “kontakt” page where the BRF email address are listed
4. Save the email address in an excel document
5. Log into my company email account and send a basic introductory email which I have drafted
6. If the BRF responds to the introductory email, then I will manage all future communication, no need for you to do any other work.
Regarding payment, I will pay per every 10 introductory emails that are sent. Accordingly, when providing you quote, I would prefer to get your price based on how much time it will take to organize / prepare / send 10 introductory email. I will be able to make payments 2-3 times a week depending based on the number of introductory emails sent.
