Project Description:
We need contact data to be collected from multiple websites and placed into a spreadsheet. The contact data to collect includes eight fields: first name, last name, firm name, address (1 & 2 if needed), city, state, zip & email. When completed you will have collected the name and contact information for all employment attorneys in Dallas, TX.Please look at the attached spreadsheet and notice some have already been gathered. You will be going to all of the listed law firms and adding any missing employment attorneys to the existing list. There are about 28 firms that need to be looked in to.
Steps:
1. Go to Firm Name listed (example: Munck Carter LLP = http://www.munckcarter.com/)
2. Search attorney list/practice areas for labor and employment attorneys (example: http://www.munckcarter.com/CM/PracticeAreaDescriptions/EmploymentLaw.asp)
3. Download/enter information requested above
Also, please go to this site, http://www.martindale.com/, and search for all labor and employment lawyers in Dallas, TX. Once they are downloaded, please make sure they are on the list that you have put together. If not, please add them. I am not sure how many this search will produce, so you might check this before giving us a cost & time quote.
Contact information will be available for all attorneys/firms. However, the website design will be different for each firm. The data collector should be good with navigating websites to find the attorney listings as required.
The winning bid will be selected according to: price, speed, and previous experience.
The deadline for this project will be next Wednesday, March 24th.

1. Search "Find Lawyers & Firms"
- Search for: Law Firms
- Practice Area: Labor and Employment
- City: Dallas, State: Texas
2. You should receive about 140 results, so please compare to the list attached below (please do not use this list for a data entry guide...only use it to compare your results) and gather any new firms and the employment attorneys at those firms and add them to the list you are working on.over 1 year ago
