I'm looking for a group of ebay turbolister experts to edit my excel product file. The file has approx 5600 items, most fields already filled. The file imported into ebay turbo lister without problem. I'm having trouble with the description and categories of each item. All items have the same policies that I would like to use. Only the measurement of each item changes.
I need this done as fast as possible, so a group might be better. You can break the file of 5600 items into many files with 500 items and let each person works on 1 file (just an idea)
Your job is to edit each item's store categories to match my ebay store's categories (I will provide a list of category codes).
You will also need to edit the description to match sample templates that I will provide. Each item will be different so there's no reliable automate way. I've tried scraping, find and replace and failed. Because the description of each item is html code, and each item might have extra code like <br> </span> so find and replace will leave out those that don't have the exact same text.
Please make sure you know how to do this before submitting bid. Also let me know how long it takes you to finish the job correctly.
Take a look at the file and see if you can do it.
I just added sample excel file and sample word file showing how I want my listings to look.
Each listing has different information for the items. The red text will change with each listing because each item measure different. Also stock number is different for each item also. Also the black text will stay the same for all items because they are mostly store policies.
If you import the sample excel into ebay turbo lister, you will see the description for each item has the information of the red text in my word file sample that I want to keep. The rest need to change to same as my black text in word file. I also need each item to have the correct category set to match MY EBAY STORE CATEGORY (NOT EBAY). I don't think any script can automate edit these items. The best way is to do manually. That is also why I think a team of 10-15 people each edit 200 items in a few days will get the job done quicker.
