I need some copy/pasting done, from Word to Excel. The person who does the work should know English well, because the files are not all exactly the same. It's very simple work, but tedious.

I am a minister who has performed 392 wedding ceremonies from 2002-2008, and I'd like to be more organized. Each of the wedding ceremonies I've performed has it's own Word file. The first page or two lists important information that I'd like to have in an Excel file to use as a database. For instance, I'd like to have the Bride's name, the Groom's name, the wedding date, etc. The rest of each Word file is unimportant, and the file just has the words that I say during the ceremony, the map to the wedding site, etc. You can ignore all that information on each Word file.
The Excel file is attached here (Script database 202-2008.xls), and the database has 28 fields (Groom's Name, Bride's name, Wedding Date, etc.) Not all of the Word files will have information for all the fields, but if the information is there, please put it in.
I've placed the Word files on a zip file, which you can download off of my website (see below).
For instance, you'd open up the first file, "04-27-02 - Christie and Tim.doc". This is an early script, so it doesn't have much information on it, just 8 items that should be copy/pasted into Excel. On that first page is the wedding date, the time, the Bride's name, the Groom's name, their phone numbers, the wedding site, the wedding address, and the wedding city. You'd put cut/paste that information into the Excel file. Then you'd close that Word file, and go to the next one.

Groom's Last Name

Her alternate phone #

Wedding address (if applicable)
Wedding city (if applicable)
Rehearsal address (if applicable)
Rehearsal city (if applicable)
Number of attendants
Number of guests
Music type (DJ or musican - if musician, what kind)
