Project Description:
In our webapplication we need information of rooms within a floor in a building. A building can have 10 floors and we have 17 buildings.
The changes depend on the changes in the floorplan. Making 2 rooms to one etc. The pdf file got mailed to you which you can reply with the XML file as attachement.
The XML file to be typed in with notepad (or notepad+). Just plain text so no Word etc.

We will sent a tool to check if the input is in the correct format.
We suggest a payment per XML file/drawing. The initial setup will cost some time since the files must be created. During maintenance phase the data entry is check for changes and adjust the file. Less dataentry more visual checking.
The pdf files are in Dutch but easy to handle.

The project is in decision phase so not 100% sure.
