Project Description:
I need someone to create a database to manage and search FDA Adverse Event files posted at http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Surveillance/AdverseDrugEffects/ucm082193.htm
Once the files are uploaded, we need to be able to conduct word searches to mine the information.
The database will need to be in such a form that I can add new files as they are generated by the FDA on an ongoing basis.
