I need to have a program that will take information from two websites and post it onto an Excel spreadsheet. The first website is http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=QQQQ. As you will see this is a page that displays the historical prices of a particular stock. This part is relatively simple. The second website is password protected and is Briefing.com. This website displays a page that has times such as 9:00 and next to it is displayed a news item. (Please see attached example to understand) Please have a look at attachment and you will this at
09:15 S&P futures vs fair value: +7.2. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: +10.5. This sample page is for August 29 2007. I will need to copy and paste those numbers that are present at 09:15 which are 7.2 and 10.5 onto the Excel spreadsheet corresponding to the date that yahoo has provided. Please see attached Excel spreadsheet to understand. I will only need those numbers that Briefing gives me at 09:15 or as close as possible to 09:15. I have attempted to explain this project in as much detail as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before begining project to ensure that everything is understood.
