We are a company in Australia looking to build a comprehensive mailing list so that we will be able to contact these business and provide information about our product.
The project consists of two distinct tasks. The first task is to build a database derived from YellowPages.com.au from several different types of business / categories on the website (eg Caravan Dealers, Motorhome Sales, etc). The second task is to then use the database to contact each business by phone to find out (1) the first and last name of the business owner (or primary contact); and (2) that individual's email address. Therefore excellent English and communication skills are required to complete the project sucessfully.
This would be an Australia-wide mailing list which would generate approximately 2,000 records (our best estimate) as a result of the collection from YellowPages.com.au.
We would like the database in Excel format and the separate columns needed would be:
* Company Name
* Tagline 1 (if it exists)
* Tagline 2 (if it exists)
* Street Address
* Phone Number
* Fax Number (if listed)
* Category they are listed in (eg Caravan Dealer, Motorhome Sales)
You will also find that there will be companies listed in multiple categories, so duplicate records should be deleted and that they're only listed in the spreadsheet once.
Excellent English and communication skills are required to contact each business by phone, and expand the spreadsheet to include:
* Name of business owner (first name)
* Name of business owner (second name)
* Email address for this individual (if different from the email address extracted from YellowPages).
