We are a small company finance company and have a lot of text files and records that need taking apart and placing into categories for storage in our database filing system. The software that will help with this task is similar to excel but more specific to the finance industry. It is still very easy to use just time consuming which is why we need a dedicated worker..

All together there are approximately 600 files which only take a few minutes each. We need this doing every month so possibly will lead to a long term job.

We are providing the software along with the text files all we need is your time.
