Copy and paste existing Excel spreadsheet into a single MS Access field. Cut and paste the Excel data into a provided MS access form. Approx 300 excel spreadsheets to convert. Each Excel spreadsheet is only a single A4 page of data. You should be able to just do a copy and paste of all the MS Excel fields and then paste them into the MS Access memo record. Once the excel data is copied into the MS Access record, then you will need to do some simple formatting of that data, eg indent, bold, bullet points etc to make it look nice.
We will provide the MS Excel spreadsheets, the blank MS Access database to use. You will need to have MS Excel v2003 plus Access v2007.
A sample of the MS Excel spreadsheet data is attached plus a copy of the final formatted output in MS Access.
