I require an Excel formula to be created to help determine the below requirements:
My name is pete and I run Futsal (indoor soccer competitions.) I have a competition that runs where teams provide referees for games every second week or so. The idea is that if there is a game at 6pm, then the team referees one week at 645pm. Teams that play at 645pm, will provide a referee for the 6pm games.
In an ideal world all teams will referee games roughly the same amount of times. In one game week there maybe say 8 teams playing in 4 different games. As a result 4 of those teams will referee a game that day. ideally the next week, the other 4 teams that did not referee will referee the next week.
Is it possible for you to write a formula for these competitions? Say for different numbered teams format, say one competition has 9 teams, one other competition may have 10 teams etc.
Where they ref alternate weeks and roughly the same amount of times.
Please let me know if you can do this?
