In December 2013, he has registrar his company in Thailand.
The company has many strange and modern management styles which totally distinct from traditional companies.
One of distinct management which trend to be company culture is no employee and no employment. Our company only has freelancer and colleague. We have opportunity for everyone no limitations in social and nationality.
The company compensates our colleague as performance and percentage based, give honor and treat company colleague as partner not employee.

Now, the company is planning to launch the first project, the main markets are USA, UK, Canada, Russia, and French.
According to this plan, the company plan to launch customer service in 3 languages included Russian, France, and English.
Now, company already has English language service. We need company colleague in the rest 2 languages one person per one language.
For the starting period, the first 1-2 months, company will pay 25$ per week totally 100$ per month for customer service in Russian and French language.
The task included receive phone call around 4 call per day and answer customer email around 5-7 mail per day. (This is estimate which trend to be lower).
If the selling succeed, the third month, admin will compensate in percentage based 20% of net profit in Target market. For example, if you are French language customer service, you will get 20% of the net profit from selling customers who reside in France until we need more customer service we will give you the better plan.
