It should be possible that an employee can log on company time registration system to register their working hours. In addition, it should be possible for admin to create customers, including projects belonging to the individual business. It shall be possible for admin to extract data on hours worked by each employee, extract data for each project (worked), extract data for each customers (hours).
• It should be possible to enter a button where you can see the project and how many hours there are been used for that project.
• It should also be possible to enter a button where you can see the employee and how many hours they have been worked in given period. The admin should have the possibility to decide which period or project the each employee had worked in.
• The information about each project regarding to how many work hours there have been used for a specific project by all or specific employee to use as documentation.
• It should be possible to convert the different amount data in pdf such as work hours by each employee or each project.
• Customers should have possibility to log in and see how much work hours there had been used for their projects. So they know how much money they will go to pay the company.
• There should be 3 user rights as following:
o Admin: should have all rights to edit or change everything. Only admin can create new employees and can create username and password to each employee. Admin can also create customers and can create username and password to each customer.
o Employee: can log in and write their work hours. When they have wrote their work hours and have saved it, then it should not be possible for them to change it – only Admin can do that.
o Customer: they can only see the work hours for each project which is belong to them. Only Admin can determine which project belongs to whom.
