World Clock required..(For c++ and html guyss)

Hey freelancers, I need a world clock in the following manner, ____________________________________________ FOR HTML FOR HTML FOR HTML PEOPLE ____________________________________________ There will be a page, where user selects his location(time zones) and enters the current time. Then selects a new country whose time he wants to know. Then clicks submit and the time on the desired country appears.... It should be like adding the hours/minutes on the basis of timezones and not anything else... ___________________________________________ FOR C++ FOR C++ FOR C++ FOR C++ PEOPLE ___________________________________________ Simple coding to be done so that user enters the time and his timezone.. Accordingly demands for another cuntry's time and the time gets added or subtracted on the basis of the timezone... Even i can do C++ but the thing is i have probs in, when current time is 12.30 and user enters another ocuntry with +0.40 then it will show 12.70 and not 1.10 .. If u can help me out with that then its ok...
