Project Description:
I need 10 UK eBay seller accounts creating with attached Paypal accounts.
Each account need to have been created on a clean platform (Virtual PC) with a UK IP address. The accounts all need to have unique user information, email address etc and need to be verified with a Phone number and VCC.
