set up gmail folders/labels and transfer emails from godaddy

Project Description:
I am transferring my email from godaddy webmail to gmail for business. I need someone to create labels in gmail to match the folders i have in godaddy webmail. The rules for ech label need to be set up the same as in godaddy webmail, which is simply ingoing and outgoing messages to and from a certain email address are put into that particular folder or label. Then I need all the emails from each godaddy folder forwarded to gmail so my gmail account replicates the godaddy account.

The only difference in the gmail is that I will ask you to create labels for categories and then sublabels for each folder i have in godaddy. The folders in godaddy are just on their own and not grouped in any category. There will be 4 categories and i will let you know which ones go where.

I have a personal gmail account that I uploaded all the godaddy email addresses to already, so if you can transfer that list of contacts from the personal gmail to the new gmail for business account, that would save time.

I have around 110 folders in godaddy, so 110 labels and rules need to be created in gmail.
