Evaluate Property (very topical)
There is talk about the introduction of property tax in Ireland. In order to introduce this successfully the government will most likely rely on self evaluation. The main focus of this project is to develop an application that can evaluate your property using properties that are currently for sale. Location parameters as well as additional attributes need to be extracted from websites so that an evaluation algorithm can be developed.
