Hi there!
I need a FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKER (preferably US-UK) , that would help me out with an EXCEL issue I am facing.
Let's say an excel EXPERT.

-Don't bid if not very FLUENT in English ( I will report)
-Don't bid if you don't have at least ADVANCED knowledge of Excel.

Payment is a fine 3USD/hour for tutoring and/or doing my relevant work on your own. I WILL GIVE ADDITIONAL 2USD/HOUR UPON SUCCESFUL RESULT/Me being happy. (total 5USD/hour)

I will explain my project concept to you in details later on.
