A newly established international company with headquarter in London (UK) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Marketer, who will be responsible for secondary data research trough the world best search engimes as for example Nexis Lexis and has to have proven experience in business plan writings to work and help to enhance the company’s activities and partnerships in the field of private equity, new energies and company partnerships. Also it would required to be a expert on start-ups. We want you for a ongoing working relationship and the same should be with you.- Candidate must have access to worldwide database such as Nexis etc.
- must have worked with those.
- Candidate should have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Other European languages are welcomed
- Candidate has to be expert in writing Business Plans, Business Plan Software as for example Business Plan Pro 11.0, and be able to understand and predict worldwide Markets trends
- Ability to analyze a given market, screen it for the company leaders and trends, put together a strategy and report trough Exec. Summary and other tools to CEO.
- Candidate should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research, online marketing and any other tools valuable to the success of the business.
- around 10 hours a week, work form home PC-work station with high speed internet connection.
Experience/ Qualification required:
- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in this field with Business to Business relationship.
- Candidate with a Bachelor Degree a recommended for this position.

- Worldwide Databases as for example Nexis Lexis
- Special Programs as for example Business Planer Pro 11.0
- Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- IM account (Skype –imperative)
Candidate duties will include:
1. Writing business plans of or partnerships with competitors
2. Ability to analyse a given market, screen it for the company leaders and trends, put together a strategy and report to CEO.
3. Finding effect and relevant marketing strategies to boost the company’s transactions
3. Negotiating with the company’s potential partners

Dear Janine Wright,
thank you for your fast answer to our job description. Please see our website: www.greenben.com - our areas are venture capital, new energies and cooperations with fast growing leaders in there field. Right now we just act in the last segment (cause we were just founded and therefore we prepair in that time for venture).
So what we do right now:
we got a database of around 9000 fast growing companies worldwide.
- you would have also to screen them (partly because we got other person what does this as well and what works as administrative officer) but more this would be your work:
- write the business plans for companies were we think those are winners therefore did contact and they are positive with there response.
so you would enter in phase 2: the working out of a business plan together with specialists in the other company or we work it out for our own (depending the company and the industry they are in).
so that is why i would need an expert in see a market trend, can read data in proper way and point out of that for example key issues there and than do the right strategy to pursue.
this will be with colaboration (or without of the other company) and of doing business plans. The plans and exit strategies can be different as life is (so that means it can be a company with one person were we get the distribution rights for another country and do the distribution self - or source that out (depending on your understanding of the market and the best solution found) - or we deal with a company with 2000 employees or more for totaly a different product and environment.
what will be the same is:
- we are in a market what you have to ident
this will always happen in cooperation with other companies, myself or other workers, partners, project leaders, mentors etc. - depending on project.
We are a small startup right now but we have the drive and the vision to grow fast (therefore we partner just with fastgrowing companies in markets who outperform - to get there speed aswell) and therefore you would work in a environment were there can be needed all different tasks, but definately it will never be a uniform work and if you are interested in this things definately higly interesting.
managment buyouts we dont do, just cooperations (so its more to find out how we do it with who we do it and for how much :-)
ok, let me know if this would be your area, because as said i need an expert on that - also if you got experience with nexis lexis and access to dose sources and if yes to what sources.
Please sent also your PM and all specific tasks as CV etc. we tell in our job description and now, now when you know a little bit more about the task, what would be your hourly rate? (please remember that for now we are small but we can get bigger fast and therefore there would be also a salary increase - but as said for now we are not even close to break-even).
