This is a very simple job for someone who know how to do it!
I'm looking for someone to show me (through skype live call or video) how to insert dynamic opt in forms in PDF files Fully functional forms from aweber, getresponse, icontact, mailchimp and other email marketing softwares using openoffice.org
Remember the opt in forms should be or at least to be fully functional to allow people to opt in on email list directly from PDF form.
