First Train is a Leadership Coaching, Development and Support business that runs BoardRoom networking groups for small business leaders and executives.
The BoardRoom brings together like-minded people to share their ideas, goals or challenges and receive support in overcoming them and moving forward. It meets every 2 weeks for lunch or breakfast and membership is for 6, 12 or 24 months.
First Train is looking for an individual with high integrity and proven sales experience to grow existing BoardRoom groups and establish a new group each month. BoardRoom groups currently meet in Sydney CBD and on its fringes.
To get 20 people a month along to one of our BoardRoom meetings.
To call a list of supplied individuals each week and encourage them to sample 2 complimentary meetings of the Boardroom.
Excellent communication skills
High level of IT skills
Ability to work autonomously
Strong level of reporting and recording
Must have own home office and ability to invoice
Travel distance of Sydney is desirable (reasonable travel costs will be covered)
Flexible working arrangements encouraged
Free membership to one of the BoardRoom groups
Coaching / mentoring included, if desired.
Opportunity for additional work in the future, depending on skill base and requirements
Ability to learn new business skills and support offered in running your own small business.
