Hi, I have a simple 6-page MS Word survey with a number of checkboxes but MS Word Mac 2008 does not support the creation of checkboxes, at least ones that toggle YES/NO, etc, they just all stay on when clicked and I cannot have this. If someone clicks YES and then NO, the YES should turn off, simple form stuff but apparently Microsoft is oblivious to this need. Some of the forms have up to 4 options to choose from. This should take someone who knows what they're doing no more than an hour. Please post a sample of this type of survey so I can see that you know what I am looking for. Thanks.
