Project Description:

We're looking for someone to develop a simple SMS auto responder using the Twilio.com API.

You should be able to create separate lists.

There needs to be a simple way of posting new phone numbers from 3rd party websites into a specified list.

There should be a scheduler to allow you to create SMS messages that go out in specified intervals to all the numbers in a list. It should be possible to set it up so that a message goes out in either X amount of minutes, hours, or days from the person joining a list.

When each new number is posted into a list, it will follow the schedule that the list has been set to from the start.

It needs to keep track of the number of messages that were successfully sent / failed from the lists each day while recording the numbers that fail.

Lastly, needs to be able to import batch files of numbers into a list as well as batch delete.

If you worked with the Twilio.com API before this should all be pretty simple and quick to do. Please let me know of any projects that you have done with the Twilio.com API.
