Hello, I am posting this job to find the best possible solution out there for my company. I am currently running a company that employees several different types of directories ranging from Health Care to Law. As of today we are using a directory script that was written over 5 years ago, using ASP and MSAccess, I have come to believe through my research of new markets that this solution is outdated, and we have out grown its current capabilities.

Right now our directory is one client exclusively per county, this is way to limited, Instead I would like to be able to sell multiple cities, but sell them according to Priority, so when a client buys they have an option to be the highest priority top of the listing), which will cost a few extra dollars to be in the top spot guaranteed. So that is the first major change.

The Second, I would like to move from using ASP and MSAccess to PHP and MYSQL, it seems that they are more Search friendly, and have a much broader foundation which is more stable Coding must be SEO friendly

The Directory will need an Administration Page, where I will be able to add new entries to my Directory, I would also like clients to be able to purchase their own custom-packages within the Main web page. The Web Site Engine (like www.webs.com) will generate a mini-site when a Directory Listing is entered (I want it to seem like it is a sub-domain, whether the files are actually in the sub domain or not is up to you) The name of the Mini site will be the area which the client had purchased for their directory listing. For instance if this script was installed on divorce-lawoffices.com, and the client was in Los Angeles, the mini-site would be located at losangeles.divorce-lawoffices.com, the client that purchased the priority list will get the actually city name, as well as their business name so If Peter Parker of SpideyInc purchased Priority in Los Angeles for divorce-lawoffices.com he would get losangeles.divorce-lawoffices.com and Spideyinc.divorce-lawoffices.com, it will only be one mini-site the other is just forwarding.

During the purchase Process Mr. Parker will have the opportunity to view a few different layouts(see webs.com) each with a handful of different color schemes. These layout will need to be fairly easy to create, using some sort of includes to pull the content from the directory's database. I would like you to create two mock-layouts with two color schemes each, I will create dozens of these template to choose from once you give me specifications on their creation.I really like the way Joomla templates work and would like a similar process to create these templates

I would like to utilize the TextBroker.com API to generate content for the Mini-sites, Basically The client will enter 5 of their main skills/trades (with the possibility to add more for a small fee per extra skill/trade per year) Their 5 skills/trades will be coupled with their location, for example Mr. Parker would like Child custody Lawyer, the API would buy Los Angeles Child Custody Lawyer(see how the City is coupled with the base phrase) After Mr. Parker has filled out our form, his information is processed into the directory, which will be pulled into his new Mini-site. The Content is ready a few days later at which point he receives an E-mail telling him to log in to verify his new content. Once verified the textbroker content is published into his mini-site for anyone to find him and buy his services. This is how I would like the mini-sites to be modeled. Each mini site should contain a Home page, An About Us Page, multiple Article pages, Trade/Skills/Practice Areas, Resources and Contact Us Pages and Editable custom page titles, each page can be enabled or disabled depending if they are need or not. This Script should be Unbranded upon delivery, as I will be branding it to fit the needs of many of my already running directories, Happy Bidding
