Budgeted Cash Flow – Plan a budgeted cash flow by showing the outflow of cash on a weekly basis. nnn4. Network Diagram and Critical Path – Create a Network diagram and show the Critical Path. nn5. Activity Schedule list and determine ES, EF, LS, LF, Free and Total Slacks – Discuss how to eliminate negative slacks, if there are any. nn6.
