Project Description:

I require a system that will manage the download of games to mobile phones, it should generate user codes, which can be used by users to download games to their phones. Users will purchase scratch cards that will contain unique codes, these codes should be WAP addresses, which once entrered into mobile phones to should allow the user to download the game to a mobile phone


I do not understand enough about the technical side of this to know how this is to be developed.

Only reply to this if you have a solid understanding of mobile technologies, and understand how to solve this problem and have the ability to create this application.
