Project Description:
Setup Amazon EC2 with EBS for our Drupal Site on a PostgreSQL database.
As part of this setup, you will implement:
1. EC2
2. EBS
3. Auto-scaling capability
4. Load Balancing

A cloudformation template may be used
Contractor must provide example sites they have set up on AWS to prove past experience.
Contractor will be monitored via Skype or equivalent web conferencing software for educational purposes.
