Drupal expert needed

Project Description:
I need two small updates to a drupal site.

1. There is a module on the home page, which has two testimonials plus a 'read more' link. My client wants to add a third testimonial in this module. It's only programmed to take two, and I'm not familiar enough with drupal to know how to add a third one.

2. The site has a blog, but there is nothing in the sidebar for Recent Posts or Archives. (It was built by another developer who did a quick and cheap job and left out a few vital things). So we need to add Recent Posts and Archives in the sidebar.

For a drupal expert, both of these things should be pretty easy, I hope.
