We have about 30 PDF Manuals from 50 to 300 pages each, we need them converted from scanned PDF to Word so they can be modified at will. At first I want to try one PDF with whoever wins this contract. PDFs must retain all original Images (company logo, and tables that should not be converted to Text), Visio Diagrams should be converted to Visio Datagrams, excel tables rebuilt in table format, etc... , and company logo should be in color from attachment. must contain a dynamic content table, and proper headers so it can be anchored properly by the content table.
