Project Description:
I have written a series of short childrens books, aimed at an age of between 6-12, they all feature the same central charachter, being that of a Policeman.
I am an ex detective and feel there is not enough litrature that is entertaining or engaging, while still putting out a general message.
The stories have a deffinate aussie flavour and something I wish to keep.
where I want to get to from here is polish them up, set them out, with a view of trying to get a publisher interested.

The stories have a good general shape, the message is there, I suppose what I am after is taking them to the next level, having them setout in a fashion that publishers want to see, in order that we have a polished product we can put under the noses of childrens book publishers.
So although editing is one skill listed I am looking for someone that has experience in editing, polishing the product ready for presentation, I hope that makes sense.

ok, I am learning as we go too, for further information I can tell you there are 5 books, the average word count is 2400, and the average nuber of pages is 9.6.
