We have two applications for the Certified Performance Technologist designation through the International Society for Performance Improvement. These applications were completed by Rwandan professional consultants with assistance from American staff of a USAID funded project. The English does not have to be perfect - the reviewers understand that the applicants are not native English speakers, but the applications do need to be cleaned up. These applications are quite lengthy - roughly 70 pages each. In the application, the applicant provide three examples of how he or she met 10 different standards in a specific performance improvement process. Standards include considering the environment, devising multiple solutions, measuring success, etc. it is important that the applicant had responded directly to questions about how he or she met the standard, and that the answers do not stray into stories about the project or activity. If the answers seem to stray from the question, please flag with comments - though we have worked closely with the candidates to ensure that they have answered the questions correctly. Between the two applications, there are 144 pages to be edited. Attached are example excerpts from each of the two applications.
