Electrical MEP Draughtsman

I am building a new team of Electrical Draughtsmen who have skills in the MEP industry, who have design skills, who can draft an electrical system design, based on the guidelines which I give them. I have several design projects (Design Consultant work). Systems include power, lighting, cctv, Public address, earthing & lightning, room management guest systems, KNX control systems, lighting control systems, etc.. The draughtsmen shall be preferrably in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) & are aware of the region's local authority regulations. Depending on the project, but usually payment is on a drawing by drawing basis, therefore if for a project you complete for me 20 drawings, you get paid 20 x 8$ = 160$. Payment & rate will be explained & discussed later, but I usually pay an average of $8/drawing. I need to see a sample of your work, a cad & pdf file.
