Write detailed specifications for an electrical contractor to carry out the work according to international electrical specifications and codes. There is a community whose buildings and equipment rooms are completely wired for 127V and 220V(2 phase). About 20 buildings with 8 apartment each. Equipment rooms in which the equipment is wired for 220V(2phase). In the appartments the AC units are wired for 220V(2phase). All existing main and branch electrical panels are 127V and 220V(2phase). Now the power that will be fed to the community will be 380V-220V.
What is required is to chek all circuit wires and make sure the color of the wires adhere to standards after the necessary change. Make sure of changeing the polarity to the correct one.
All lighting and exhaust fans running on 127V must be changed. Check heavy equipment and make sure it is configure to the new power or step down transformers are used.
Need full and detailed specs with detailed illustration drawings to make it so easy for the contractor. In other words a step by step illustrations as to how to carry out the work.
