We are looking for a really good electrical engineer to help us on an ongoing basis will 1 week or less tasks from time to time. We want someone with experience in keeping costs low for PCB layout and electronics design for bulk orders and assembly. We'd also want your advice on fast turn around PCB prototyping in the US. Additionally, we have an circuit and PCB design we'd like you to verify. As a challenge to get the job, please suggest a way to use resistors to create a 7W heater at very low cost in bulk
