We have developed a High Voltage power supply module for Avalanche photodiode. The solution is based uppon the AN118 written by Jim Williams (Linear Technology) and is a combination between the Figure 16 and a similar circuit to Figure 24.
We have than made the design and tested it: I include the test report to this email to show you the actual issues.
we need an expert that could do the analyze and propose solutions, also have the necessary material to do the debug at your location: We will provide you with the assembled board and components you will need.
The results: Board with output from 0V to 300V and ripple and noise @ 100 microvolts,
