I need a custom Arduino Mega PCB shield design in Eagle. I would like to get this manufactured for prototyping. ** You MUST have a clear Skype AUDIO connection in order to bid on this project. ** You must be able to speak English Design uses 4 relays, one h-bridge, one ACS712, and a few terminal blocks. I will provide all inputs / outputs for all arduino mega pins and how they need to be connected or terminated in 0.1" (2.54mm) holes. Expertise: You need to know how to create circuits for H-Bridge using L298N and a current sensor using ACS712. I have used commercially available H-bridge and current sensor, but now I would like these incorporated into my own shield. My design pretty much uses all the Mega pins available into various 2pin, 4pin, 3pin, 40 pin connectors, so this should give you an idea of the work involved since there are 54 Digital pins, and 16 analog pins and about 90% of these are used. Most of these pins are just terminated in 0.1" (2.54mm) holes. Suggestion - you could start with the Arduino Mega template Eagle files ready to use: [login to view URL] reference: [login to view URL] I have most of part numbers or links to the parts on the internet (mostly mouser, digikey, etc). However the list is not complete and I don't know all the parts related to the H-Bridge and ACS712 current sensor, you will need to help me here.

Dear Sir, I can do this project for you. Speak English and have audio. As I understand you want to connect 4 relays using h-bridge topology and drive them by L298N and measure current that flows through them. I can develop such circuit, but it is redundant and not optimal solution. If you say, what do you want to connect to your bridge, I will be able to propose alternative circuit. Do you want to drive brush DC motor by this bridge?

Is it acceptable for you to have it done over weekend? Also, i'd like to clarify some issues: ACS712 is produced in 3 major versions: +-5 A, +-20 A and +-30 A. which ones will be located on board and how many of them, all 16? (high amp versions will require wider pads, clarification of Cu coating and reduce component density on board). Can you specify Relays as well, to do power calculations if supplied from Arduino 5 and 3.6 V will be sufficient to control them. In case of high amp and high number of ACS712s, is it strictly required to have shield matching the shape of Arduino Mega? i.e. what about board wider or longer and having matching pins for attaching to Arduino Mega board? Regards Nick
