Electronics Designer required to design CPU for computer monitor

I can do this for you sir, I have a lot of experience in CPU design and lithography. Where are you planning on having CPU produced? Who is designing the motherboard/io? or is there existing system you want to put my CPU into?

There are several issues to decide on the specification: 1. Display mode (its resolution XY), color depth (the number of gradations per color)? 2. How often should the updated information on the monitor? 3. Is it possible to use the ARM microcontrollers? Easier, you can use a cheap ARM + ALTERA to organize dual-port access to external memory and signal conditioning for the monitor. More complicated, you can use ARM controller with built-in controller RGB display, and interfacing with the monitor via high-speed DAC.
