Buil a motorised fully automatic Pneumatic Pressure Controller capable of achieving pressure up to 3600 kPa with the resolution of 1kPa.
To provide and maintain water pressure in a cylinder with the volume of about 5litres

Pressure medium :
Hardware consists of;
-Pressure cylinder with a piston driven by stepper/servo motor.
-Pressure sensor for pressure monitoring and feedback in the system.
-Stepper motor with a suitable gearhead
-Linear guide where the motor and gearhead sits on
Control and User interface System;
-PLC based system with a user interface to input the parameters and view the information for standalone operation.
-to develop a computer program where the pressure controller can be connected to the computer and program the pressure increment settings.
- Required to draft the design in Solidworks and make a simulation program.
We have a manual pneumatic pressure controller made by ourself as an example for this project. We will work together on this project as we have the engineering capacity to build the system. What we lack is the CNC skills.
