We would like asap a quote for following project on a Crouzet Smart, heatpump application.
Compressor heats boiler (55°C) and water for radiant heating (35°C)
3 NTC probes (if 1 spare available, a 4th probe)
1 contact pressure protection.
If spares input available: immediate heat boiler and/or immediate engage electrical heater to support radiant heating.
3 way valve
Circulation pump (water)
The available M3 Crouzet function block Heating Curve is used to adapt the water temperature to the outside temperature.
Electrical heater is used when radiant water doesn’t reach within a safety time preset temperature.
Heating of the boiler is postponed till lower night rates or immediately heated by a push button.
Once in a week, boiler is postheated by the electrical heater to avoid legionella.

If the heat pumps run only on the lower night rates or continuous (on programming level, we will say in the code when lower night rates can be used, Saturday and Sunday are also the whole day lower night rates in Belgium)
When boiler will be heated (the radiant heating is stopped while we heat the boiler)
System stops when discharge temperature reaches overtemperature (set on programming level)
When radiant temperature is at set temperature, pump is stopped and compressors then runs some seconds longer (set on programming level) to pump down partially the system.
What would be the additional cost to make it possible we can monitor this via the www?

We only need the source file which we then will adapt. For someone experienced with a Crouzet Millenium, this only takes a very little time to program.
