We require taking our basic floor plan and elevation with measurements and render these to Autocad and 3D and usable computer drawings.
What we need to start is the existing space image rendering as an open space with no furniture in the space and with current walls, windows floors and pillar structure so this open space can be used by the Real Estate Agents to show the property for rental.
Right now there is 4 sections to this building originally built at different times.
Showroom 1/Mezzanine area: The main retail entrance and most visible and valuable space (6-7,000 sq')
Showroom 2: built later and now has higher ceilings (6,000 sq')
Showroom 3: Built in the 60's or 70's This building in the only section with a 2nd floor and a basement and might be rented out to a completely different Tenant occupying all 3 floors.This section could have a completely different look on the outside.
The existing furniture space needs to be reduced in space by at least half it current usage.
We don't know who and what use the other Tenants will occupy at this point but we will need space planning options.We have an existing 20,000 Sq' building in an area that is up and coming.
