Project Description:
I need for the BeagleBone Black an 14 Input, 14 Relay Output and 3 Com Ports PCB with Din-Rail housing.
The BBB (BeagleBone Black) has 92 connectors for Input/Output/UART.
Your offer has to include 3 prototypes(!)

The BBB is already configured by me and ready to use.
Please note, that you does not need to made any Firmware or Software! Only Hardware Development!

I need:
A PCB development with BOM. (Maybe also order 15 pieces after the prototype, if the price of the complete hardware is fair)
The PCB should be placed in a DinRail housing.
The Inputs, Ouputs and Com Ports should be placed near beside of the own type. When Possible, all Inputs and ComPorts on the bottom side (same as Ethernet and Power Supply). Relay Outputs on Top. But depends of PCB design.

Connectors for BBB and PCB:
14 Inputs: BBB has 3.3V, on the PCB I need 9-30V
14 Ouputs: BBB has 3.3V, on the PCB I need 6A Relay
3 UART: BBB has 3 Uarts (Rx,Tx,Gnd), on the PCB I need the same
1 Power: BBB has 5V DV, on the PCB I need 9-30V DC
4 LED system: BBB has 4 LED, on the PCB I need the same
1 Network: BBB has one RJ45 Port, on the PCB I need NO one. Place the BBB on the PCB, that the RJ45 port are connectable
28 Led: Each Input and Output nees an own SMD LED, to display if the Input is closed or is the Output closed.

All connectors on the PCB must be connectable with Srew-Plugs. It is impordant that the size of the PCB should be very small!

The System Power must be protected against polarity reversal.
The Inputs for the BBB should be protected, Only 3.3V DV are allowed. If more, the BBB will damaged.
