Project Description:
Using the design criteria from your project in detail and design studies, ccmplete the follawing
drawings: At a minimum your internal elernents package will consist of:
t Key wall schedule plans @ scale 1:100. Key plans of one cornplete floor {use the 1:1OO floor
plans already submitted) with plan of the council chamber also at 1:1"00 with each wall type
colour coded on plans. Note: Bind with finishing schedule. May be colour coded {can be
submitted at A3 - note in title block that would be 1:1"00 if printed at A1).
r Wall schedule @ scale 1:20" Fully specified and dimensioned full-height sections through each
wall type, noting key partition requirements as per drawings reviewed in class. See sample
drawing below. Make reference to suitability re: Part B, high traffic area, acoustic
reqUi'iement, molstu re-laden environ ment {su bm it at A3}.
r Wall details @ scale !22 or 1:5. Head and base detail for each wall type. Pay particular
attention to deflection head requirements, acoustic and fire sealants {submit at A3}..
o Reflected Ceiling plans @ scale 1:100 of one entire floor {use 1:100 floor plans already
prepared) and of the council chamber. lnclude details of ceiling finishes, relevant dimensions,
finished ceiling levels and ceiling specification as per drawings reviewed in elass {can be
submitted at A3 * note in title block that would be 1:100 if printed at A1).
r Ceiling details @ I:2 or 3.:5
Plaster ceiling: Perimeter detail & Lighting bulkhead detail.
Lay in suspended ceiling Perimeter detail & bulkhead detail.
Acoustic ceiling detail.
lnterface between ventilation and ceiling.
Details of ceiling to the council chamber with reference to potential acoustic issues
{submit at A3).
o Finishes Schedule: Excel spreadsheet of one entire floor based on L:100 plans referred to
above and the council chamber, bound with a cover sheet and acetate cover {See Moodle for
samples).
r All of the above elements to be bound er into an A3 booklet titled - lnternal Elements
