Project Description:
This project is only meant to decide which technologies will be used for a project, so that's what I'm paying for, no actual coding.
I want someone who is well-versed in a lot of different languages, frameworks, databases and hosting setups to help guide me to a set of "tools" which my project will be built with. For the right person I'm guessing this is a few quick bucks and nothing hard.
The site itself will be a website/service to manage agile projects (I will go in to detail with the chosen bidder). I need your help in figuring out what's the best route to take in terms of speed, scalability and cost for this site. After that I will look to put up new projects to start working on the actual site, this is only the first inch.
